I absolutely love my Mondays and Thursday personal training sessions with CJ. he makes sure that my movements are on point before we add weight which makes me feel comfortable, he knows what he is doing and that makes me feel safe, especially in a CrossFit environment and as for the gymnastics movements, I am super happy with how he teaches those to me, I am getting stronger and much fitter! I feel good about myself my confidence has increased and I am so so happy with where we are going I wouldn't change training with him and I really really appreciate everything that he does in the sessions to help me and make me become a better version of myself. I know the journey will just get better and better!

CJ is a coach with immense knowledge, being a competitive athlete himself, who checks for correct form at all times. Our sessions are a mix of all the myriad Crossfit movements, with Spotify music appreciation and a fun chatter to balance the hour out.
I have no hesitation to recommend him to any level of athlete wanting to improve their fitness within an encouraging and inclusive environment.
